I’m sitting here waiting for an express order. Been waiting 25 min AFTER I CHECKED IN ONLINE! Still waiting. Perhaps some friendly competition might be helpful. I may need to start going out of my way to the next closest dispensary if the time I wait here I could have been to Jax and back by now. Not good business. These employees are AMAZING but they NEED MORE HELP.!!!

Everytime I try to get a delivery it's ALWAYS A PROBLEM. I understand being a day late but a 3 4 and sometimes just cancels my order. Some of us don't have transportation and can't come wait 2 hrs. They call and say they will call us back with info but guess what 24 hrs later I'm still waiting.

Every single time here it’s a 40 minute plus wait no matter if you have a pick up, express order, or walking in. The most poorly managed Trulieve I have ever been to. I’d rather drive 35 minutes out of my way to to get my order in 5-10 minutes then ever step foot in Fernindina Trulive again.

Seems like everything really flows now here at Trulieve in Fernandina Beach Florida. My bud, tender Brianna, at the Fernandina Beach store. Here, is very knowledgeable about all the products and super friendly just as nice as she can be and this makes a world of difference when you’re getting the real TRULIEVE experience and I appreciate y’all 😤 much love 🫶🏽

It's worth the drive to go somewhere else. If they don't like you they won't hook you up. They literally will let employees prepay while waiting in line and pick up their bag when they still have other people waiting to purchase and then turn us away because there wasn't enough time to purchase before 9, well then why not let other people purchase them give out the bags after nine like the employees? It was two different people one was ash and the other was Hannah. Don't get me wrong though ash is very nice and will definitely hook up the price. I see this location go through a lot of management being the only dispensary and being open as long as they have you would think they would have worked all this out. But I guess it's hard when you cutting up talking and being ok your phone at work. Hope the location gets better.

Staff are always great. The online service is misleading (products missing in person but available online.) The wait times in the waitly site are inaccurate. I always spend more than 45 minutes waiting whether it's for a walk in or pick up. When I have to go to Trulieve it is truly the worst part of my day. Update: This isn't just one visit. Today I waited for 40 minutes and I looked on the website while I was in the waiting room and they said part of what I wanted was in stock only to be told they were out of everything I wanted, even alternatives. CVS is never OUT OF XANAX. Walgreens is never OUT OF AMOXICILLIN. Trulieve is a joke and we as patients are the punchline.

Is there a no star??? My boyfriend and I both went in today. Both customer service agents wouldn't offer ANY specials. They were BOTH very rude and unhelpful. I am switching over to MUV! Never again will I go the the true in Fernandina!
